We strive to reduce processing/delivery times without sacrificing the quality of workmanship we have worked so hard to create.

All USA Based Orders

All of the bats listed on our website are new in the wrapper and customized after your order is placed. The purchase you make will take from 2 to 10 business days to ship and get to you. With our added machines and new processing facility for 2018 we plan on the delivery times reducing. We greatly appreciate your business and while we strive for faster delivery we also cannot lower the quality of our altering service.

Processing order: The bat is being labeled and processed into our system queue; the queue assures your bat is ready for the heat rolling and/or shaving process.

Processed order: The bat has at minimum been through our heat rolling process once. On shaved clubs, this could be anywhere from the initial shaving to drying the bat and pending shipment.

Canada, South America and Military Box Delivery Information

We are happy to offer international shipments, all customs & duty taxes will be paid by the customer upon collecting the order. We are averaging 8 business days to deliver a customized bat to Canada but could take as long as 15 business days. If the order is going to be longer than the expected 8 business days we will contact you. Military orders are especially important to us and we upgrade shipments free of charge.

Order Processing Information

Your order will be authorized upon purchase and charged at the time of services being done on the bat. We cannot offer refunds on a bat as soon as customized work has been started. You will be provided a tracking number as soon as the bat is finished and has left our facility.
